As crystals are natural products, each piece may naturally vary in:

- Transparency and clarity
These natural variations are not considered defects and make every crystal unique.
2. Crystal Properties & Spiritual Use
The properties and benefits mentioned on our website are based on traditional crystal practices, spiritual beliefs and commonly associated crystal meanings.
Crystals are intended for personal, spiritual, mindfulness and intention-setting practices.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, legal or professional advice or treatment. We do not guarantee any specific physical, emotional, financial or life outcome from using a crystal.

We prepare each crystal with care and intention before dispatch.
However, energetic experiences are personal and subjective, and results may vary from person to person.
4. Intention-Driven & Personalised Affirmations
Selected products may include a Personalised Affirmation Card based on the intention associated with the product.
The affirmation is intended for personal reflection, mindfulness and intention-setting. It does not constitute medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice.
5. Healer Recommended
Our products may be described as Healer Recommended based on our experience and traditional crystal practices.
This does not represent a medical recommendation, diagnosis or treatment.
6. Product Images
We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings and the natural characteristics of crystals.
For natural crystal products, the exact appearance may differ from the product image unless the listing specifically states that the exact piece shown will be sent.
7. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Name
- Delivery address
- Mobile number
- Email address, where applicable
Pure Crystal Hub will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped after payment confirmation and order processing.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's service conditions.
9. Returns, Replacement & Damaged Products
Please inspect your package immediately after delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Order details
- Clear photographs of the package
- Clear photographs/videos of the damaged product
- Unboxing video, where available
Any replacement or return request will be reviewed according to our applicable return/replacement policy.
Natural characteristics such as minor inclusions, colour variations, small surface marks or differences in pattern are generally not considered damage.
10. Care & Handling
Crystals should be handled according to their individual physical properties.
Some crystals may be sensitive to:

- Impact or dropping
Customers are responsible for following appropriate care instructions provided with the product.
11. Jewellery & Wearable Crystals
Crystal bracelets, pendants and other wearable products are subject to normal wear and tear.
Avoid exposing jewellery unnecessarily to water, perfumes, chemicals, lotions, excessive heat or rough handling.
Crystal beads and natural stones can break or chip if dropped or subjected to impact.
12. Personalised Products
Personalised products, including personalised affirmation cards or specially prepared orders, may not be eligible for cancellation or return once preparation has started, except where required by applicable law or where the product is received damaged/defective.
13. Crystal Consultation
Personalised Crystal Consultation is a guidance service based on individual requirements and traditional/spiritual crystal practices.
A consultation does not guarantee a particular outcome and should not replace professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
14. Pricing & Product Information
Prices, product descriptions, availability and other information may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
In case of an obvious pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to correct the information and communicate with the customer regarding the order.
15. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for using crystals and related products safely and appropriately.
Keep small crystals and crystal jewellery away from young children and pets where they may present a choking or ingestion hazard.
16. Changes to These Terms
Pure Crystal Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
